Spring = Best season for beer. No, really, that’s what Spring means.

-I’ve always said I love drinking. I love it so much that I do it responsibly so I don’t have to give it up.

With that, I’ve learned to really savor good beers and try as many as possible — at least since college, when “classy” was considered buying Bud Light bottles.

So imagine my surprise when Rachael brings home a spring sampler pack of Blue Moon. Bottles, no less (she, to, likes to keep it classy).

The traditional Blue Moon, along with three other awesome spring brews that taste like the nectar straight from the bosom of Mother Nature herself.

Belgian Style Pale Ale: A stiff mix on the basic pale ale, the blend is smooth going down. It would go awesome with a steak — which sucks being that I just grilled and ate one.

Summer Honey Wheat: Ok, fine, it says “summer,” bear with me. This is by far the sweetest of the brews. Light color, tart taste that seems like it would go well with chicken and greens.

Agave Blonde Ale: This was apparently a limited edition brew. You can definitely taste the agave from beginning to end.

Blue Moon: You know the drill. Add the orange or not.

It’s gonna be a great spring.

My wife knows exactly how to get to my heart...and to get me to buy her shiny things.

She thought this was hilarious. "Our beers are dating." Hers is naturally in heels and taller than mine.
